Call Center Supervisor -
INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY
This position is responsible for the oversight, management, and backup of the day-to-day activities of the UM call center, providing system support and navigation for the UM contract, and is responsible for Tenancy Support Services reviews. This position works closely with the Montana Department of Health and Human services (DPHHS), providers, subcontractors, and other Mountain Pacific team members to ensure services are delivered per contract requirements. As a supervisor, this position oversees daily workflow and provides front-line guidance to ensure tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with established procedures.
The Call Center Supervisor position is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of two (2) or more years of leadership experience. An associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field preferred. The target compensation for this position is $62,000 - $83,000.
